氢氧化铝阻燃剂具有超细粒度、良好的粒度分布、较高的含量和白度，同时具有较低的吸油值；使用进口硅烷偶联剂进行充分的表面改性处理，在高分子材料中不但具有很好的分散性和相容性而且高填充后仍然保持材料具有优越的物理性能。试验的结果表明:氢氧化铝与环氧树脂的质量比为(75～80)∶100时,树脂材料的UL-94燃烧等级可达到V0等级,氧指数可达36%～37%。由此类树脂材料制备的覆铜板的最大烟密度值降低到285.2以下,降低幅度达60%以上,氢氧化铝的阻燃效果良好。
